• Holistic thinking, the ability to grow with tasks, the ability to see beyond the horizon, and be open to new things
• Safety in handling the MS-Office package, particularly deep Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge
• Experience in personnel administration
• First experience in Power BI is not a foreign word but a genuine work tool
