District Health Coordinator-LDSC

District Health Coordinator-LDSC will support the establishment of child safeguarding systems, promote a culture of keeping children safe, and ensure that potential harm to children is identified and addressed. The role will also represent the project at district-level forums and meetings, and work closely with DHMT and health providers to strengthen essential MNH + Child Health + Nutrition services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Community Health and Clinical studies, SRN, BSc Public Health, Community Health Officer, BSc Nursing
• At least 1-2 years working with District Health Management Team
• Strong experience in managing a project budget
• At least 1-2 years working in a similar or higher Role
• Knowledge of quality improvement approaches and tools
• Strong skills in building a team, training, and on-the-job mentoring
• Demonstrable experience working in a relatively similar position in an NGO setting
• Demonstrable experience of M&E and beneficiary accountability
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
• Familiar with national health registers and DHIS2
