Job Description
The company is looking for a Sav Operations Manager to lead the after-sales service of an innovative and expanding shipyard, combining marine technical expertise, human management, and environmental commitment.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Sav, ideally in the nautical sector or a complex equipment industry
- Master's degree in a technical field (engineer or equivalent)
- Experience in the nautical/maritime industry (professional or personal)
- Strong English skills
- Solid knowledge of systems and electronics (electricity, electric motorization)
- Ability to 'get hands-on' when technical situations arise
- Proficiency in CRM and Office tools
- Experience in team management
