Scientific Games is seeking a Certified Field Service Technician II to assemble, maintain, and train on Lottery and Gaming equipment. The position will require travel to retail and casino locations and may involve overnight trips.
Requirements
- Stage, assemble, and maintain all lottery equipment in accordance with the Field Service Standards and procedures.
- Ability to perform extensive field repair functions with little or no supervision on SCIQ Lottery and Gaming equipment
- Ability to interact with customers, retailers, and management
- Ability to train retail employees on the functionality on all lottery equipment
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate a smart services phone
- Ability to be accountable and respond to use, maintain, and secure all assigned tools, test equipment, terminals, subassemblies, parts and supplies
- Ability to communicate problems with management
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and repair any lottery equipment problems in accordance to the Field Service Protocol
- Ability to complete site surveys from a field service perspective as well as a marketing placement aspect
- Ability to learn and have an understanding of our Instant Product line
- Ability to learn and have an understanding of our Gaming products at each casino
- Ability to assist the retail location with any questions or concerns they have with our equipment
- Ability to communicate any new features, games, or product that is supported
- Ability to perform vehicle management on their company-provided vehicle
- Ability to maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance to SG's Motor Vehicle Policy
- Work with other departments in support of site sales and support goals
- Travel to lottery and casino locations
- Travel to corporate locations on an as needed basis
- Other duties as assigned
