Job Description
We are looking for a Bilingual Claims Service Representative to join our remote team. You will provide customer-focused assistance to policyholders, document initial loss details, and coordinate with vendors as required. Must be fully bilingual in French and English.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
- Knowledge of insurance/service industry or related experience (preferred)
- Strong computer and telephone skills
- Effective communication skills in English and French
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
