Provide a safe, clean and caring living environment for program residents. Prepare meals, participate in activity programming, and enforce daily routine. Maintain professional relationships with residents and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum of HS Diploma or GED required
- Successful completion of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training
- Prior experience with an adolescent population desired
- Experience in child welfare a plus
- Ability to provide excellent references
