Job Description
Provides close supervision for individuals with developmental disabilities/traumatic brain injury, completes transfer forms, and maintains their possessions and surroundings. Participates in program planning meetings and maintains documentation according to agency procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Clean and valid NYS driver's license
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities/traumatic brain injury (preferred)
- Ability to complete SCIP and AMAP training
