Job Description
Provides close supervision for individuals with developmental disabilities, maintains a safe and comfortable environment, and completes documentation in accordance with program procedures.
Requirements
- Close supervision for individuals in accordance with the individual treatment plan
- Participation in program planning meetings
- Maintenance of individuals' possessions and agency property
- Transportation of individuals in a safe and comfortable manner
- Maintenance of physical plant and agency property
- Compliance with OPWDD regulations and agency procedures
- Obtainment and maintenance of SCIP-R and AMAP certifications
