Job Description
Provides close supervision for individuals with developmental disabilities, participates in program planning, maintains possessions and property, and transports individuals safely.
Requirements
- Provides close supervision for individuals in accordance with the individual treatment plan
- Participates in the individuals' program planning meetings
- Maintains individuals' possessions in a neat and orderly manner
- Transports individuals in a safe and comfortable manner
- Maintains the physical plant and agency property in a clean and safe manner
- Complies with OPWDD regulations and agency procedures
- Obtains and maintains SCIP-R certification
- Obtains and maintains AMAP certification
