Evaluate educational needs of students, modify course curriculum, and provide direct instruction. Prepare reports, attend meetings, and supervise students.

Requirements

• N.Y.S. Teaching Certification 7-12
• N.Y.S. Certification in Special Education (preferred)
• College Degree
• Acceptable clearance checks for State Central Register, Driver license, and fingerprinting
• Compliance with health regulations for physical/mantoux testing
• Attending TCI class for certification/re-certification and passing a test upon completion of course
