Process Reengineering Junior Consultant

The Process Reengineering Expert will apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles across the organization to facilitate the SCOR strategy. The Process Reengineering Expert is responsible for providing effective support to the business across all topics of process reengineering needs, with core focus on process simplification, standardization, and automation, as well as consideration of controls and how these controls can be preventative and automated.

Requirements

• Interact with all levels of management and collaborate with various departments
• Conduct comprehensive assessments on existing processes and KPIs
• Provide expertise based on previous experience with training and technical assistance
• Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Monitor process reengineering timelines and coordinate with stakeholders
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cultivate a mindset of innovation and digitalization
