We are seeking a Middle Legal Consultant to support the Legal Department across all legal divisions, providing legal advice, conducting reviews, and assisting with day-to-day matters involving commercial, corporate, data protection, employment, intellectual property, compliance, gaming, and user-related issues.
Requirements
- Law degree with at least 5 years of legal experience at a law firm or as an in-house lawyer.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate, data protection, Intellectual Property, and employment law.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and complex agreements (e.g., marketing, advertising, payment services, supplier agreements).
- Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and global data protection regulations, including handling data subject requests, conducting due diligence, ensuring compliance in cross-border data transfers, drafting privacy policies and DPAs, conducting impact assessments, and advising on data breach obligations.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, including cross-border legal matters and international business regulations.
- Experience collaborating across teams and departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in developing and implementing efficient legal and compliance procedures across multiple departments.
