Senior Technical Recruiter (Platform)

Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus. We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead the hiring process end-to-end, improving how we attract, assess, and hire top talent.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in product companies, covering a wide range of technical roles across Eastern Europe.
• Proven experience recruiting for relocation.
• Exceptional sourcing skills and a proven ability to close top-tier talent quickly and reliably.
• A proven data-driven approach to recruiting, with confidence in using metrics to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
• Highly organized and able to manage several pipelines and priorities with structure and discipline.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level and higher)
