Requirements

• Diploma or degree with specialized training in administration, finance, or accounting or equivalent work experience.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to collaborate with customers to resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Excellent organizational skills to coordinate multiple requests from various directors, Relationship Managers, and establish priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to achieve consensus within Commercial Banking - Canada services and with partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (French and English).
• Solid knowledge of integration, client knowledge, and anti-money laundering processes.
• Solid knowledge of financial statements and credit analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of credit structures and applicable risk management.
• Good knowledge of processing and partner roles.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable commercial banking software and technologies (e.g., Salesforce, IntraCom, Outlook).
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• High flexibility to adapt to very varied tasks.
• Strong focus on accuracy and client results.
