The Associate/Associate Director, Canadian Equity Sales, U.S. will contribute to the overall success of the GBM Equity Sales and Trading business in the U.S., ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.
Requirements
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Develop knowledge of clients' needs and requirements to increase the depth/penetration of coverage of existing and new clients.
- Work in partnership with sales, research, and trading professionals to deepen Scotiabank's relationship with the assigned client organizations and to deliver coordinated services.
- Deliver the firm's research to institutional clients, recommending specific investments that correlate with the client's investment style.
- Represent Scotiabank with corporations in a variety of capacities, including the execution of institutional road show marketing, investor meetings and industry conferences.
