Job Description
The Associate Director, Implementation Solutions, Global Transaction Banking (GTB) Operations will lead and manage the post-sales client experience for onboarding and implementation of global cash management products and services for GTB clients across the Bank's footprint. The role acts as a central coordination point responsible for managing the onboarding and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Develops project plan to keep client and internal stakeholders on track to successfully complete implementation of GTB products and services across Scotiabank's footprint.
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank's Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.
