Job Description
Join a winning team as a Commercial Real Estate Financing Associate and contribute to the global success of Commercial Real Estate Financing by achieving individual objectives and managing a portfolio of accounts. Interact with customers, evaluate commercial real estate products, and communicate with senior directors.
Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate Financing clients
- Interact with customers, new or existing, to understand their banking needs
- Evaluate commercial real estate products
- Communicate with senior directors and work on various business loans financed by external investors
- Follow up on loans to ensure that all conditions are met
- Contribute to the establishment of a strategy for adapting to changes in the real estate sector
- Conduct a thorough evaluation of risks
- Examine information with diligence to define the issues and risks to be considered for an informed credit decision
- Perform credit applications, annual reviews, and customer communications, and manage a Commercial Real Estate Financing portfolio
- Promote Commercial Real Estate Financing products to current and new customers and develop strategies based on changes in the commercial banking sector
- Ensure effective account management and protect the Bank's assets and liabilities
- Make clear and objective recommendations for all evaluation requests and other interventions related to Commercial Real Estate Financing
- Serve customers well
- Identify business opportunities by focusing on profitability and risk
