Job Description
This Business Solutions Specialist role focuses on supporting employees through Time & Attendance applications, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing technology solutions to HR business problems. The role involves resolving complex problems, managing projects, participating in testing, and improving operational efficiency within Scotiabank's Technology hub.
Requirements
- 1-3 years Workforce Software (WFS) Experience
- 1-3 years SAP SuccessFactors experience highly desirable
- Working knowledge of HR business process as it relates to Time and Attendance Technology
- Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint
- B2 English Level
- Highly analytical and proactive individual
- Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Working in a standard office environment
