Requirements
- Documenting requirements and contributing to analysis and discovery models
- Working with multiple stakeholders including Business, Product, Engineering, and control partners
- Experience with Agile delivery models, including refinement and ceremonies
- Risk-aware mindset with practical understanding of regulatory/compliance expectations
- Ability to operate self-guided: prioritize effectively, manage multiple concurrent initiatives
