Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them to programmers, and deliver client facing documents. The role involves project discovery and execution phases, working in an Agile/Scrum environment using Kanban methodology.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or technical equivalent
• 5+ years Business Technical/System Analyst experience
• 3+ years configuration/support experience with OpenText Exstream
• 3+ years experience with Data Modeling, Data Mapping and creating Data Dictionaries
• 3+ years Agile Scrum experience
• 5+ years combined experience JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, MS office suite or equivalent tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Team player who enjoys collaborating with, learning from, and coaching others
• Agile mindset and adaptability
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and client relation skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience with test preparation and test execution
• Experience producing Swimlane Diagrams and User Journeys
• Experience leading a BSA team for an end-to end delivery, implementation, or digital transformation project
