Requirements
- Experience as a people manager and the ability to motivate your team
- Knowledge of personal and small business banking services
- Strong sales management experience and the ability to market the Bank Scotia
- Ability to build relationships and focus on delivering excellent customer experience and growing relationships with existing clients
- Sales of mutual funds permit
- Success in a financial planning course leading to the CIFP diploma or equivalent recognized by the Bank
