As a Director Engineering, Insurance Core & Reporting, you will lead and oversee International Banking ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The role involves leading a customer-focused culture throughout their team, establishing and evolving the culture and recruitment practices team, and maintaining subject matter expertise for the Insurance Team.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
- Management or related fields - 10+ years on Information Technology, including Agile Development and Deployment, Dev Ops and Testing methodologies
- Progressive business experience and at least 5 years’ experience at a Senior Management level in IT units
- Application Development/Testing/Support areas and/or Program Management working experience
- Previous experience in banking IT implementation/merger/integration projects and/or divesture would be an asset.
