Job Description
The Director of Engineering is responsible for the engineering execution and delivery of technology solutions that support the Bank's platforms. This role ensures the timely delivery, quality, resiliency, and operational excellence of platforms that support applications, processes and Client journeys for the Canadian Bank.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Engineering / Applied Science / Technology, or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 5+ years of progressively increasing leadership experience in Information Technology management data, platform, and system(s) management
- Experience delivering complex, high-availability digital products at scale
