Requirements
- CEBS designation an asset
- University degree in business, finance, arts or comparable subject matter
- 15+ years of relevant experience working with financial markets and DC pension plans
- In-depth knowledge of DC governance, investments, legislation, member behaviour analysis, retirement income adequacy, employee education and communication strategies
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Broad understanding of all elements of Total Rewards
- Strategic influencing skills to execute complex projects
- Strong cross-cultural leadership skills
