Job Description
We are seeking a Director, Social Media and Content to lead and oversee a team of experts in content and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in content marketing and social media, excellent writing skills, and expertise in building integrated marketing programs. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business objectives, managing social channels, and overseeing the enterprise social channel ecosystem.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in content marketing and social media
- Excellent writing skills
- Expertise in building integrated marketing programs
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Contently, Grapevine, and Sprinklr
- Experience managing social channels, including social community management across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- AI literacy and application: experience working with AI tools for added efficiency
- Data-driven AI: using AI-powered sentiment analysis and trend forecasting
- Personalization at scale: leveraging AI for hyper-targeted content and dynamic creative optimization
- Responsible content leadership: understanding AI governance, transparency, and compliance
