Financial Planner, Scotia Financial Planning - Montreal West

As a Financial Planner, you will focus on developing and deepening mass affluent client relationships by providing high quality advice and service. You will engage in proactive client outreach, identify and engage with existing clients, and cultivate meaningful connections. You will be responsible for driving investment sales and new client acquisition, while adhering to Global Sales Principles, compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 3-years of experience in financial planning and investment sales
• Mutual fund certified professional with current accreditation and good standing for CIRO licensing requirements
• Successful completion of the IPF designation
• Proven networking, client acquisition and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and entrepreneurial
• Extensive knowledge of competitive offerings, market trends, economic conditions, and the regulatory environment
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
