Lead Quality Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred
• 7+ years of Quality Engineering experience and in-depth knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java or Javascript), frameworks, and utilities (e.g. Selenium WebDriver or WebdriverIO)
• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Engineering Lead
• Experiene with AI (must have )
• Experience with API testing (preferably using Postman)
• Experience of leading teams to encourage both individual and collaborative innovation
• Have detail-oriented approach to testing
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence decision making across stakeholders
• Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Positive and resilient personality - Able to embrace feedback and have a desire for continuous iteration and improvement
