This role combines strong technical expertise with exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence role
- Strong technical expertise in SQL, Power BI, and data modeling
- Experience with Python/R and Azure ecosystem
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience managing data infrastructure and leveraging cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
- Knowledge of Canadian Retail Banking and Wealth Management distribution channels
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
