As a member of the GCA team, the Manager, Global Communications – ScotiaTech, supports the development and delivery of internal and external communication plans and tactics for the Bank’s technology business as well as Group Head / EVP executive profiling.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of communication experience in corporate or agency environment
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work well independently
- Strong organizational, event and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with colleagues across a range of functions
- An ability to solve problems and navigate complex environments
- A high degree of flexibility and willingness to take on tasks outside of core responsibilities
- A commitment to curiosity, and professional and personal growth
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced/deadline-driven environment
- Skilled in the use of various technology tools, including Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, PPT, MS Word, Excel, Teams), O365, and Adobe Creative Suite
