As an Investment Representative, you will provide professional and knowledgeable service to clients, providing specialized knowledge on new accounts, transfers, negotiations, and our comprehensive range of products and services.
Requirements
- A broad knowledge of investment products and related procedures
- Excellent mastery of English and French, both written and spoken, to ensure cooperative working relationships with clients
- Ability to manage time and set priorities to ensure optimal service levels
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn new tasks and skills to follow the evolution of the environment and tasks
- Course in Canadian Securities Course (CCVM) and Course related to the Conduct Manual (MNC) or Canadian Investment Regulatory Examination (ERCI)
- Diploma of post-secondary studies in commerce/business, finance, or financial planning (preferred)
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a brokerage firm or contact centre (preferred)
