Job Description
ScotiaMcLeod Wealth Advisor Development Program supports business succession planning, expands advisor community, and ensures clients receive exceptional guidance and customized solutions. Participants will strengthen confidence, learn strategic advice, and cultivate growth mindset. The program is held twice a year over three months and includes facilitator-led workshops and self-paced learning.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-time business experience
- Passion for client engagement and relationship building
- Experience in sales environment and interest in growing own book of business
- Background in finance, sales, or professional designation
- Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
