The Payment Screening team within AML Technology Development are responsible for developing and maintaining/enhancing our Sanction Screening tool for Payments. As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will be responsible for research and analysis leading to the definition of requirements and processes to assist in the resolution of complex business problems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of progressive Business Analysis experience in a technical environment within a large matrixed organization
- Creative, self-starting, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual
- Very good analytical skills and knowledge of current EDP practices, systems development techniques, and real-time analytical and formal modelling tools
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of current EDP practices, systems development techniques, including requirements specification and testing methodologies
- Knowledge of AML Solutions and Payments, Payment Sanctions Screening Tools (preferably SymphonyAI NetReveal, HotScan and HotScan/CMT) is highly desirable
- Thorough knowledge of Payment Messages (MT, MX) and how payments flow
