Manage financial statements, credit needs, and develop sales pipelines to promote profitable growth of a commercial banking portfolio.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in business or economics or work equivalency
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, especially in new client acquisitions
- Strong knowledge of commercial banking marketplace in Canada and market area's key industries
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Champion of customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships
