Senior Counsel, Capital Markets & Commodity Derivatives

The Senior Counsel will contribute to the overall success of the Legal Department in Canada, providing legal services and advice to the Bank and subsidiaries. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of a recognized law school with 8–10 years of relevant in-house and/or private practice experience.
• Member in good standing of a Canadian Law Society.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced drafting and written communication skills.
