Requirements
- Diplomatic yet willing to have hard conversations with team members, products owner and delivery partners when there are challenges, issues impeding delivery execution
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills with an ability to communicate at levels with all key organizational partners
- Exceptional working and practical knowledge of delivery frameworks for effective workflow visualization and management (Kanban, Scrum Boards, etc.)
- Exposure to Agile delivery practices
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing agile delivery teams
- 2+ years delivering with variety of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
- Passion for leading and coaching teams towards high performance and a deep pride in quality of work
- Strong relationship-skills, with demonstrated experience with cross-functional teams
- Agile 'mindset' with flexibility to inspect, adapt, pivot t, navigate through varying set of priorities
- Eager to mentor, coach, teach
- Exceptional facilitation skills with fact based problem solving skills to solve for high priority issues.
- Excellent written, verbal, virtual and live communication skills
- Enthusiastic, thorough and results-oriented; ability to help Team thrive in fast-paced environment
- Strong customer orientation and focus with the ability to interact with all levels of organization
