Requirements
- University degree required, MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Finance or related fields
- In-depth understand of the Bank’s operations and controls, including knowledge of organization and infrastructure
- Strong knowledge in Global Transaction Banking (Deposits, Payments (Payables & Receivables), Liquidity Management, Commercial Cards, Trade Finance and Working Capital Solutions)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to guide decision making process and facilitate consensus
- Strong leadership and project management experience
- Proven ability to learn and handle multiple priorities in a challenging work environment
- Ability to lead people and provide directions to achieve a common goal to drive a business outcome
- Ability to identify business problems by looking at underlined processes and operations
