Job Description
Join a purpose-driven winning team as a Senior Manager and Project Manager within the Derivative & FX Services team, leading strategic initiatives to drive transformation and operational excellence across Derivatives, FX, Money Market, Exchange-Traded Derivatives Operations, and Regulatory Trade Reporting.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Derivatives, FX, Futures, and/or Exchange-Traded Derivatives operations
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation through delivery
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to apply them effectively in a dynamic environment
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting derivatives and FX (e.g., trade reporting obligations, AML/ATF requirements)
- Ability to influence and gain consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
