Senior Manager Development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Customer-first mindset with strong risk awareness; bias for clarity, quality, and execution.
• 5–10+ years of Business Banking management and/or technology experience, including 5+ years leading large cross‐functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience with modern technology environments (public/private cloud such as GCP, Azure), modern architecture patterns (e.g., microservices), and how systems integrate across platforms.
• Excellent relationship management, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively across all levels and balance competing needs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills; able to influence delivery teams and partners through clarity and practical trade‐offs.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies and deliver strong results in both short- and long-term horizons.
• Experience modernizing platforms or incrementally replacing legacy capabilities with API-first services and cloud-native approaches.( Preferred )
• Experience with process improvement using AI and/or automation..( Preferred )
• Familiarity with Java, Node.js, and/or Pega Platform (asset)..( Preferred )
