Requirements
- 8+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years hands-on on the Salesforce platform
- 5+ years leading engineering teams/squads (manager/lead role), including coaching, performance, and hiring
- Proven delivery of complex Salesforce programs across design, build, test, and implementation in a regulated environment
