Job Description
Senior Manager, Regulatory Reporting/Beneficial Ownership responsible for overseeing the Regulatory Reporting/Beneficial Ownership Program team in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary education and/or professional designations
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an institutional business or compliance setting in a large financial institution, established securities dealer or regulatory agency
- Demonstrated management experience leading a team of direct reports
