Job Description
The Senior Manager, Targeted Marketing - Canadian Banking will drive sustained and profitable revenue growth through the planning, development and delivery of acquisition, engagement and retention targeted marketing programs.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong proficiency in managing multiple programs leveraging targeting marketing best practices and principles
- Superior communication skills
- Exposure to the Agile methodology
- Expertise in driving performance growth across multiple dimensions and KPIs
- Knowledge of the marketing tech stack
- High attention to detail, exceptionally organized, and strong project management skills
