Join a purpose-driven team in an inclusive and high-performing culture. As a Senior Manager, Technical Analysis, you will liaison between business stakeholders and internal engineering and architect teams, ensuring solutions are developed and delivered on time, efficiently and with high quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in capital markets technology.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes (booking, corporate actions, rate resets, cashflows).
- Experience assessing impacts of system changes across front-, middle-, and back-office environments.
- Knowledge of banking/application systems from a business and technical viewpoint.
- 3+ years leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end delivery of capital markets technology initiatives.
- 5+ years working with SQL Server or similar RDBMS, including independent creation and execution of advanced queries.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting (Bash, Python, Perl).
- Familiarity with messaging technologies (Kafka) and exposure to full SDLC lifecycle.
