Senior Software Architect(MarTech)

Senior Software Architect(MarTech) position responsible for defining and guiding end-to-end architecture for customer-facing capabilities. Requires 10+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years in an architecture or technical leadership role.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience
• 4+ years in an architecture or technical leadership role
• Deep expertise in designing and integrating distributed systems using modern frameworks and cloud platforms
• Strong experience in delivering technical solutions in content management solutions, creative content creation and delivery, digital messaging (email, push and sms), customer journey orchestration, or e-commerce
• Proven experience with microservices, event streaming (e.g., Kafka), APIs, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar MarTech ecosystems
• Working knowledge of other Martech tools (e.g. Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Contentful, etc.)
• Strong understanding of data privacy, authentication, security, and compliance in a regulated industry
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and technical teams alike
• Passion for solving complex technical challenges in ways that deliver real customer value
