Job Description
The Solutions Architect will be responsible for overseeing the Private Banking domain needs end to end, creating solutions that align with current requirements and strategically align to future state.
Requirements
- Prepare solution designs and estimate deliverables according to Scotiabank's policies, standards and templates based on business, project and systems specs
- Produce and maintain architectural and design documentations to support Private Banking business needs
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, and maintain different applications
- Apply innovative approach to developing process improvements and solutions
- Interact with stakeholders to collaborate, align and resolve issues
- Lead the team with a continuous improvement mindset, actively promote inclusivity and trust, promote an environment of curiosity and experimentation
- Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise architecture principles, regulatory requirements and industry best practises
- Act with urgency and criticality, evaluate problems blockers and bottlenecks, identify actions to be taken, assist the team to recommend/implement solutions
