Job Description
The Overseas Team - Childcare Manager is responsible for running and managing the children's club operation in resort, ensuring the children are cared for in a safe environment and an exciting and stimulating programme of activities are provided to all age groups.
Requirements
- Leadership skills, being able to lead a well-motivated childcare team
- Passion for working with children (4 months to 15+ years)
- Excellent self-motivation
- A professional attitude
- Excellent guest relations and interpersonal skills
- An organised and proactive approach
- An outgoing and fun personality
- Strong swimming skills, being happy to take children in the water
- A track record as a team player
- Excellent understanding of good safeguarding practice
