Delivery Manager

Scott Logic is an independent software consultancy helping some of the world's most complex organisations solve hard technology problems. We offer a wide range of services, including software development, user experience (UX) design, data engineering, data visualisation, AI, and financial technology consulting. This is a hands-on, client-facing role, offering the opportunity to be involved in the full development lifecycle, delivering mission-critical projects for high-profile global organisations.

Requirements

• Leading the delivery of complex technology projects for clients, taking accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality throughout the engagement
• Building and maintaining strong, trust-based client relationships — acting as a credible delivery partner at senior stakeholder level
• Taking responsibility for project financials, forecasting, and reporting to achieve targeted commercial outcomes
• Supporting the onboarding of consultants to projects; working with line managers to assess project fit and set people up for success
• Undertaking line management of assigned consultants, including performance feedback, annual reviews, and ongoing development conversations
• Contributing actively to Scott Logic's delivery community — sharing lessons learned, developing toolkits, and helping shape how we deliver at scale
