Job Description
Scott Logic is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to build and maintain data platforms and pipelines for clients. The role involves collaborating with clients, leading technical development, and problem-solving engineering challenges. It's a hybrid, client-facing position with a focus on hands-on work and ongoing learning. The company is technology agnostic and open to diverse skillsets.
Requirements
- Good experience with storage, data pipelines to ingest and transform data, and querying & reporting of analytical data.
- Experience with Python, Spark, SQL, Pyspark, PowerBI.
- Background in software engineering including Front End technologies like JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of system design.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
