- Proven experience in brand design, campaign development, and working with external agencies on creative strategy
- Ability to evolve from hands-on execution into strategic leadership, empowering teams and orchestrating creative output at scale
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, align, and guide diverse teams with empathy and emotional intelligence
- Solid understanding and practical experience in integrating AI and emerging technologies into creative workflows, design systems, and production pipelines
