Head of Digital Marketing

The Head of Digital Marketing leads the strategy and execution of all existing and emerging digital channels to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and e-commerce growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce
• Proven track record of driving scalable growth across multiple digital channels
• Strong understanding of brand + performance integration
• Experience in DTC and/or omnichannel (B2B + DTC) environments
• Deep knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution, and KPI frameworks
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional and international teams
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on profitability and customer value
• Fluent English
