Product Manager Footwear role requires creating collections that fuse design, culture, and consumer needs into footwear that inspires self-expression and strengthens Dolomite brand positioning.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to running, outdoor, or sports footwear.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (or equivalent).
- Strong strategic thinking with analytical and consumer centric mindset.
- Passion for outdoor, lifestyle and storytelling.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in PLM systems, MS Office, and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%).
